In the year 2006 Jake decided that a name change needed to happen in order for our clients and others to know exactly what his company was about, and the new name JAKE`S Property Services was formed. In March of 2012 JAKE`S company hit an all-time high in sales reaching 1.2 million dollars. This company continues to work hard everyday creating a win win for clients and the company.
